is an attorney and registered mediator with the Alabama Center for Dispute Resolution.  A graduate of the University of Alabama School of Law, Sharon practiced at a local firm gaining extensive mediation and litigation experience in state and federal courts.  She most recently served as a Career Law Clerk for former Chief United States District Court Judge UW Clemon and United States District Judge Abdul Kallon, where she also participated in numerous mediations.  She returned to the private sector in 2015 when she founded Hamilton Broach Law and Mediation and quickly established her reputation as a skilled communicator and expert mediator.  She brings to mediation the same thorough legal analysis and preparation that she gained through her extensive experience in federal court.  In addition to mediation, Sharon offers Conflict Resolution services to corporate clients including in-house conciliation and management training focused on strategies to resolve conflict in the workplace.

Sharon both lives and works in Homewood and enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with her husband and two children.
